på Sorø Husholdningsskole, Holbergsvej 7, 4180 Sorø

Formålet med messen er at udbrede kendskabet til lækre kvalitetsfødevarer fra vores region - og være en oplevelse til glæde for såvel de besøgende som for standholderne.

Vi forventer ca. 35 - 40 stande i kategorierne: gårdbutikker, bryggerier, vinproducenter, bagerier, mejerier, delikatesser, restauranter og stande med produkter, der relaterer sig til fødevarer.

Hver stand udstiller, sælger og reklamerer for egne varer, og som navnet "Smag i Sorø" antyder, - er der selvfølgelig smagsprøver.  Vi forventer igen et besøgstal på minimum 1500.
